This Privacy Policy explains how LIFEOS handles information when you use the LIFEOS mobile application and related services.
1. Information you provide
LIFEOS may process information that you choose to enter, upload, save, or otherwise provide through the app. Depending on the features you use, this may include notes, plans, reminders, travel information, documents, task details, and other content you choose to add.
2. Account and technical information
If LIFEOS uses account, analytics, crash-reporting, cloud-storage, authentication, or similar services, those services may process technical or account-related information necessary to provide, secure, improve, or troubleshoot the app.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
LIFEOS offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans, which may include an introductory free trial for eligible users. Purchases and subscription billing on iOS are processed by Apple through the App Store. LIFEOS does not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details. LIFEOS may receive information from Apple that is necessary to determine your subscription entitlement, such as whether a subscription is active, expired, renewed, revoked, or eligible for an introductory offer.
You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Where available in the app, you can also use Restore Purchases to check for an existing subscription entitlement.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to provide requested app functionality, verify and provide premium subscription access, maintain and secure the service, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Sharing and service providers
LIFEOS may rely on third-party service providers to operate certain features, such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, artificial intelligence, or error reporting. Information is shared with such providers only as needed to provide the relevant functionality, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
6. Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the service, or to meet legal and operational requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the services used by LIFEOS.
7. Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional information. Where available, you may also be able to edit or delete information within the app. For requests relating to your information, please contact LIFEOS Support.
8. Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to help protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children’s privacy
LIFEOS is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where doing so would require parental consent under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact LIFEOS Support.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
